Tips and Tricks:

When you are "on the brink" of death,  your energy recovers faster, you move faster and your dash covers more distance. Use this to your advantage!

Your dash energy will not recover unless you're on the brink of death. Take some risks to recover your energy.

Obstacles do not regenerate once they have been destroyed, so you'll eventually be able to complete the game.

If you don't think you can navigate past an obstacle, dash into it.
